Posted .Hello! Due to homes having different electrical outlets, we allow the customers to provide their own power cords, on most appliances. As one home may have a 3-prong outlet set up and another has a 4-prong setup, or if an appliance has the ability to be directly wired, then no power cord is needed. This way a you can provide what best fits the needs of your home needs. We hope this helps.

It is efficient, reliable, and always follows my instructions. I even like the curved top of the machine because it prevents me from using that as a parking place for all the stuff I should be placing back where it belongs! It truly is the most helpful and cooperative member of my household!

We bought a complicated, fancy front loading washer and do not like it nearly as much as the simplicity of this dryer. Works as expected every load.

One of them said the old connection was better than the new one, so they left it own. He said he would get rid of the charge but he didn't.

We bought it for a standard, reliable dryer. It has plenty of features, which we are for sure underutilizing, but the ability to just run a load without worrying about any hiccups is fantastic.
