I didnt want to call and complain so Im just dealing with it.

The main disappointment is that the door opens in the wrong direction and Best Buy wanted to charge $80 to reverse it. That used to be free with delivery. It did not come with the hardware for me to do it myself. The hookups in my house require the washer to be on the right side of the dryer, making it awkward to transfer wet laundry into the machine since the door is in the way.

The delivery guys were great. It was a difficult to get the dryer in the room but they kept working until they were successful. They were very pleasant and professional.
