I really don’t see much of a difference with the so called, wrinkle cycle. Have not used the dryer all that much. Will post more after I have had it for at least 6 months.

But don't worry, Best Buy customer support can't help you and neither will Maytag! Don't waste your money on this worthless piece of junk. Everything about it from the door to the controls feels like it's cheap and about to break. Go ahead and learn how to repair appliances if you still want to buy a Maytag.
