This is already giving me problems and Best Buy appears to have a lame return policy I get this dryer sep 13 and they say we have only 14 days to return it we didn’t notice a problem till oct 6 Best Buy should at least give customers 30days to return something

BestBuy ripped off, after purchased the dryer I found it cheaper at Home Depot, requested the price match from BestBuy got a confirmation number for the refund, I didn't get the refund contacted BestBuy and was told to wait few days to process, still did not get the refund contact BesyBuy and now that the item is no longer returnable I was told that I don't qualified for the price match.

I bought this about a year ago and the gas company said it's a problem with the appliance and we can no longer use it. Best buy is not helping to send a tech or replacing it even though I bought the protection plan.

Door is cheap.y made Vent is hard to remove and lint escapes

The door is very difficult to open and close.thedoor must be slammed shut and the dryer is no longer level .there were no dryers onthe showroo M floor.

Huge drum on both washer and dryer. Dries well and washer washes thoroughly.

I'm mainly disappointed in the "curved top" of this dryer that makes it hard to place many items on top of the dryer without it falling off.

The door is very hard to open n close. Clothes come out wrinkled.

The dryer seems to work but best buy delivery/installation service was the absolute worst - absolutely awful experience with best buy on that

I bought this in oct and its broke in July. Don’t even bother getting any warranty from Best Buy. They won’t cover it anyway they don’t make anything like they used to everything is made will not last you might as well buy a used one and learn how to fix it and if I could give zero stars, I would.

Most of the time it doesn’t dry the clothes completely so have to run another dryer cycle

I suggest drying heavier items seperately from lighter items.

My family have been using this dryer for six months and I’ve been having problems with the timer knob that control the operation of the dryer. The knob is flimsy/defective, since I had replaced the knob three times already. Maytag Service for non-operational dryer is 7-10 days for my first request in September and I am waiting for the next seven days for second service request. During wait time, we have to go to the laundromat. Very inconvenient!

Construction felt "cheap" for the price and recommendations. Bought without seeing in store. Returned.

I will never purchase Maytag every again, very disappointed

Maytag... gas dryer with wrinkle prevent-white color

I have been trying to get clarification on my extended warranty for three weeks and I can’t get any answers. Can somebody please help me

I thought purchasing a gas dryer meant clothes would actually be dry the first time. Nope I still have to turn it on again to completely get the clothes dry. Clothes still come out wrinkled

DO NOT BUY this machine, worked fine the first 3 weeks after that ,it doesn't remove or prevent wrinkles, it ruins sporting jerseys (lettering) and it doesn't dry the same amount of clothes as before, only small amount at a time. DO NOT BUY!!!!

I had to dry my clothes twice, Dryer was not doing a good job at all..
