Defective control knob

The knob is flimsy/defective, since I had replaced the knob three times already. Maytag Service for non-operational dryer is 7-10 days for my first request in September and I am waiting for the next seven days for second service request. During wait time, we have to go to the laundromat. Very inconvenient!

DO NOT BUY!!!!

This one is great and has an interior light. Super quiet and dries thoroughly and fast. Love all of the different settings. Was delivered and installed faster than expected!
