Once installed, this dryer has functioned brilliantly and we are delighted with it.

I rate this five stars, because it functions very well to dry loads and it has a large capacity. I do not like that you cannot silence the end of cycle buzzer. The slanted top may look nice, but is a hassle for resting washing products on top (temporarily) or use for folding clothes/towels. Over all I am satisfied with my purchase.

I really like the performance of the dryer. I would give it 5 stars. The only problem I have is that the door is difficult to open and close. Feels like it is about to break soon. Other than that, it is great!

Purchased this model to replace my 6 yr old competitor's dryer in which the electric panel fizzled out. This Maytag's model is efficient, huge enough to dry a comforter, thoroughly dries any clothing item. Best purchase for the money!

Great dryer, always used Maytag and still looks to be good product so far. The capacity of this dryer is bigger than last one, wife’s very happy, makes hubby very happy. She says dries faster than previous dryer.

It worked as I expected! Install was simple and fast was running within an hour of it arriving! Bonus was for me that I was able adjust the door to open opposite of the picture my wife liked that! This one replaced the last maytag we had for 20 years!

Good machine works well taking up space for minimum amount of characters

I bought this model for my mom and she loves it. She called and thanked me because she said it dies her clothes faster than her previous model. It’s also easy to use. My mom is older so I didn’t want to get her a model that was to complicated.

It drys clothes as it’s intended No issues as of yet. Door clamp to strong

The dryer works very well. The only issue is closing the door, you need to put a little force into it, but other than that, this is a good dryer.

I found it difficult to close the dryer door. Slamming the door closed moved the dryer, therefore, I used a screw driver to pry open the latch and sprayed WD40. It’s working better after using for 6 weeks. I’ve had dryers before but none were this difficult to shut the door.

This is a perfect dryer for our family. It does one thing well drying. Imagine that! This replaced a Samsung we had to send back the sensor shut off the drying cycle too soon and it failed to dry a load of clothes in under 3 hrs and it was new! SO we bought this Maytag. Simple controls, a timed dryer cycle that works. No sensor YEA! and it drys the clothes in under and hour. Wo Hoo! Exactly what we wanted!
