    I had planned on purchasing a different model, but bought this one when we went into the store and was shown the Maytag one by the salesman. It was an open box item so the price was right. So far I have been satisfied with this dryer.

    Retired a top load washer for this front load Maytag and the quietness and superior cleaning of the clothes is really great. The spin cycle is so much faster my dryer time is cut down as well. I highly recommend this washer.

    I have been using this dryer for about three weeks. I like that it will fit rugs and large loads of towels. It reminds me of a laundry mat dryer and handles bulky loads well, but remains energy efficient.

    There is no drum light. Odd. Also you have to hold the button for 3 seconds to make it start. Maybe a safety feature but annoying. Otherwise working well so far.
