product was making loud noise. Was replaced with another and it is working good. (so far)

I bought this dryer to replace my old one. so far so good, I really like the steam press features that comes with it.

The Geek squad did not review the washer and dryer how it should have been. They had other deliveries to make. They said soap pods should be used, which did’t exactly work as the soap pods melted in the clothes that were washed and left colored marks and the pod plastic attached to the clothes. I made an appointment for the geek squad for 9/27 and they told me to read the manual as they wouldn’t show me how to use the machine

Love my new washer/dryer but have not used them enough to have worked through any potential concerns.

Returned. 50 years of buying Maytag washer and dryer’s and these are the most ineffective products I’ve ever had. The washer will not spin. you take the clothes out soaking wet. Flooded the laundry Room. dryer never dried things, wouldn’t damp dry Or completely dry. 20 years ago I bought a set for my daughter. 10 years ago bought for my boyfriend. Theirs are perfect. Returned to Best Buy & now I do my laundry at my daughter’s house. Still like going to laundry mat. I don’t know what happened. save yourself!!

Cancelled the order before having the dryer delivered

Have replaced a Maytag Dryer, I had had for 16 years. Really liked it but this one is better! Love the see through door, this is new for me. Love all the choices of cycles or combinations to choose from.

Love the 16 hr hold and washes great! Pedestal drawers are a nice addition.

I’m so happy with my beautiful Maytag Washer and Dryer!! It does take longer to wash but after they’re washed, they’re so clean and fresh smelling!! You’ll never be disappointed!!

Wonderful dryer it holds a lot of my clothes so I only need one load to finish drying my laundry. It is very powerful and has lots of options to choose in drying clothes.

Over all a pretty good dryer although it has some shortcomings as I previously mentioned

Our previous Maytag dryer lasted almost 20 years. Although we do not expect a repeat performance, Best Buy's competitive price along with their Total Tech Support was the difference maker.

So far its Great! Now loud and very cool looking. Great for family or solo life.

I upgraded my 2003 Maytag dryer. I haven't gotten use to the pre-programmed times yet but I do like the dryer. The lint filter is conveniently located in the front.

Works great! I like that it has a variety of options like quick dry, wrinkle control and steam refresh. I’ve had it a year now and no problems.
