Dries items fairly quickly and runs so quietly, you hardly know it is running. The test of time remains.

Works well and easy to operate. Really big and room. Holds a huge load.

This is my first 'steam' dryer so I have little to compare to. The start button requires you to hold it for 3 seconds to start it and the buttons are easy to accidentally touch while they are running, which will turn off the cycle. Not a problem for the dryer but the washer, not so good. Must restart the cycle.

Only used the dryer a couple times, but so far works great. My main reason for reviewing is to comment on the fantastic job of installation by Best Buy Geek Squad. Very professional. They called to give ETA before arrival. Removal of the old units was surprisingly fast. So was installation and they even reversed the dryer door opening to better suit my laundry room layout. They completed the installation with a test run and everything ran perfect.

This was a very good purchase. Has no noise and perfect for a family of four. Very easy to use as well.

We chose this as we had previous used a very similar Maytag machine, but we upgraded and got the steam option as the price difference was a few bucks in the grand scheme of things. Dryer seems to work really well and surprising how much gets trapped in the filter so it really does need cleaning after every cycle. For me personally there are a lot of options and I’m not sure I would use them all but my wife is happy with it. I do have to ask her what settings I should be putting clothes on each time I use it though.

We like this dryer for its simplicity. It's very easy to set. The steam is great for getting wrinkles out. So far- great purchase.

Excellent decision for my family. This dryer is top notch! Love the size and its so quiet. My Mom and Dad have the same dryer so I knew I couldn't go wrong!

I was recommended this set by a close friend. While I have minimal issues with the washing machine, I clearly didn't research the dryer enough before committing. There is no light inside the drum? If you like to sift through your clothes without having to pull the entire load, look for a brand that puts lights inside their dryers. The white "reflective" surface is useless. A room with average lighting is too dark to see inside it. $1500 for the dryer and pedestal and its as useless as it gets. Oh, and it sure creates a ton of dust on the exterior after every load. (And yes, dryer vent is new)

Maytag has always been a great manufacturer of washers and dryers. Their products are always improving. Now they are even better because they are stackable. This feature allowed me to have much needed extra space in my laundry room for a “folding” station. If they were side-by-side this would not be possible. They are also quiet while operating compared to most washer/dryer combos I have owned. Everything is clean and fresh once more.

Does a good job of drying. Looks great. Only downgrade is that its a bit loud. Like the steam function. A lot of dryers dont do well with moisture sensing while mixing towels snd clothes. This one is better than last Samsung we had but not perfect.

DRIES QUICKLY. REMOVES LINT FROM CLOTHES IN LARGER QUANTITIES THAN MY OLS DRYER.

Washer and dryer are working fine. I could have gotten this product from a number of places, so Best-Buy's value added was the price and delivery. Price was good. The delivery process was a nightmare and incredibly inconvenient. Took about 2.5 weeks to actually get it from the initial delivery day.

It's a bit soon to review our purchase. We're still waiting for the pedestals to be delivered because they are on backorder. The store associate never told us this and the delivery date was moved out by 3 weeks. Overall, clothes seem a bit wetter at the end of the wash cycle than with my previous Maytag washer. This may result in using that power button more often on the dryer Time will tell.

First off, this dryer is huge and can handle everything the washer can put out. It dries evenly and quickly. So often the dryer finishes before the washer does. The end-of-cycle signal isn't loud but frankly, after having a Samsung before this that sang a song when it was done, I'm super happy this dryer isn't annoying. The lint trap is normal. That may sound weird, but compare this to the Samsung and you'll understand.

Love the steam option- keeps clothes from wrinkling. Also like all the settings- makes choosing correct cycle easy.

We are really pleased with this purchase. Large capacity, works very well.
