My first delivery/ install was a nightmare the first installers broke my drain and couldn't continue with installation but after many challenges my problem was fixed and the best buy installers the sent tgev2 time were great and they were so helpful I couldn't ask for a better crew

I returned the dryer for these reasons. After my wife washed about a dozen or more various load types over the course of 10/12 days we determined that the dryer was not adequately drying our clothing under the various settings using the automatic heat sensor, even when selecting "more dry". Except maybe one time, she had to consistently add another 10-15 min to the drying time after checking the load when the automatic cycle was complete. They were basically the same material in each load so no mixing of fabric types. Also they were not overly large loads On a secondary, "can live with if we have to" note, the dryer completion signal was barely audible standing right in front of it much less several feet away. Also, the dryer drum had no light that came on with the door was open. We just assumed it would have one since every dryer we have ever had has had the light so didn't even think to check when purchased. If these last two items were the only issues we could probably just live with it but when our clothes were not consistently getting dry, even when selecting "more dry" setting on the automatic dry cycles, I knew that I had to return it. The venting set up was not a factor. We have since replaced with a different dryer with the same venting set up and that dryer dries fine.

Hasn’t been installed yet. They sent four guys to deliver washer and dryer and one of them said he couldn’t lift anything heavy and he just sat in the back of the truck. Really?? Why was he here then. Then they couldn’t hook it up because they said the flapper to the outside was plugged and it wasn’t their job to take care of it. So, yes. When it gets set up I hope it is the best dryer ever.

We purchased the washer and dryer bundle a couple of weeks ago and so far they have been great. No complaints at all. Geek Squad delivery installed in laundry room on second floor with no problems. They installed, tested both machines and were in and out in no time.

We just received this today. Geek squad installed and performed first dryer cycle. Appears easy to use. We will see about longevity, but is a Maytag. Our last set lasted more than 15 years and are actually still running today. We just wanted an upgrade for our new home.

Excellent Maytag washer and dryer. I had Maytag washers and dryers all my life and had switched to another brand a few years ago. That was a big mistake. I went back to my Maytag.I am so happy with my new front loaders.

It's a large commercial grade dryer that would be great if it had a internal light when the door is open and a buzzer you can hear when the cycle ends.

Just upgraded to this set after having my old Maytag set for over 10 years. This dryer is sleek looking, dries nicely, has a lot of settings just like the washer and is energy efficient.

I purchased this machine 45 days ago, it is a Quite machine, the pric is fair, I recommend this machine.

Bought this dryer with pedestal and it makes it a nice height to access the drum area. Dries clothes quickly and is quiet. Happy with purchase. Thanks to Best Buy for allowing me to delay shipping and working thru the Covid 19 crisis.

This dryer works very well. I find most things work well on the Normal cycle as recommended. I do have to add more drying time when I select the presets, however.

This is a great dryer. We have had very good success with Maytag products over the years. We are still learning all the different things this dryer will do.

Excellent dryer. Full loads no problem drying. Towels come dry in regular cycles. Highly recommend. The best!!

First time I bought a washer dryer set in my life and I’m pretty happy with the way it all came together.

Very simple machine to use - select the type of items and it does the rest - only issue is the complete 'signal' has never worked

Enjoying the steamer. Wish my stand from last dryer was not hauled off. The installer said could not disconnect. The last installer installed???!?!?!?

Love it once I figured out the settings. Trial and error. No manual included explaining everything.
