Not so many bells and whistles that I worry some software/hardware will fail, but enough to give me some customization for each load

High Quality Washer

I was a little put off initially by the look and the plastic doors but it has grown on me. We have only had them for a week but they seemto work very well.

No issues so far. Self-install wasn't bad.

No issues so far 18 months later, expect it to last a while. First time installing a dyer and it was pretty straight forward with some elbow grease.
