I am 5 ft. 6 inches tall. I can't see the dials at the top of the dryer. It's too high. I had to purchase a step stool.

Takes 45 minutes to dry a small load of hand towels. Incredibly inefficient. 90% of the "features" are essentially useless.

We have to time when we do our laundry and dry our clothes because if we are on the same floor when it is running, we have a difficult time hearing the TV or even talking to each other in the other room. I had someone from Best Buy come out to service it twice. It was quiet for a few cycles, but then went right back to the way it was. You do not want this to be anywhere near a main living area.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I specifically searched for dryers on Best Buy’s website using their filter for steam function and this dryer was in the results. Under Best Buy’s list of the specifications next to Steam Function it says Yes. There is no steam function!!!!!!! My husband is trying to hook it up now and there is no where to connect a water line. I went directly to Maytag’s website and it does NOT have steam function listed. I wouldn’t have bought it if i would have known it didn’t have the steam function! Now I am waiting for Best Buy to call me back and hoping they will expedite AT NO COST TO ME delivery of a dryer with steam function.
