The four star rating is because, even though I had just replaced my semi-rigid dryer vent pipe two months before the dryer purchase, I was forced into buying another vent pipe from Best Buy before they would install the dryer. Best Buy also forces you to buy a new Power cord. This is, of course, money in Best Buy's pocket, but it certainly increases the cost of an already expensive dryer.

The dryer itself works fine. Able to hold a lot of clothes. Dries efficiently, only downfall is the lint trap. When I pulled out sometimes part of the lint stuff falls inside the hole and you can't pull it out. Wish the slot was a little larger so I could grab a little bit of it with my fingers.

Lots of room in this machine.

Love the extra size as it gives my clothes more room to tumble and as such they come out with little to no wrinkles at all, even without dryer sheets. Was unsure at first if times they had for cycles would be enough, but as the new machine extracts more water in the spin cycle the dry times are much lower than with older Kenmore machine we had before.
