This dryer is amazing, takes way less time than any dryer I've had, has a wrinkle prevent setting that periodically tumbles the clothes until you can get to them. Love the options and the see thru door.

We love. Maybe we are a little cliche because our old dryer we had to continue and dry 3-4 times. Now we just set once. It’s very easy to use but it does have some settings on we don’t use. Like the Wi-Fi one we don’t use. We plan to also purchase the washer when the time comes.

This Maytag dryer has some neat bells and whistles! It is highly efficient thus far. I am able to pair this smart tech dryer with my iPhone to receive status and notification reports, and to operate it from afar, etc. It is a little on the pricey side, but seems to be worth it.

Works great! I had the previous model in my old house and when we moved to a new house we got the pair and they've been working great. These new washer and dryers have the ability to connect through an app on your smartphone, which we haven't used yet, but seems pretty neat!

We replaced our hand-me-down washer and dryer with this model and haven’t been happier about a purchase. Super easy to install and even easier to set up on the Maytag app. The only downside is the limited app functions after 6 months without paying a fee, but even that is minimal.

The panel is easy to use. Drys well I like the wrinkle setting. I like that if I don't take my clothes out right away it will go on for a minute with a cool setting to keep my clothes from getting wrinkled. I can wet my clothes and throw it in the dryer and the wrinkles are out.

When we first purchased this, I didn’t realize it had smart features. Not only does this scan your laundry for dryness, it also connects to your WiFi and can be controlled by your phone or smart assistant. It sends my phone notifications when laundry is done. However, the app and assistant features cost $1/mo. So, I probably won’t pay past the 6 Mo free trial. But, hey it’s a good dryer.

Love this dryer! All the settings took some getting used to for me, but so worth it to have so many choices. No wrinkles and or partially damp clothes ever. Also, has a huge capacity for big loads which is a huge plus!

I am enjoying this dryer. The capacity is big enough to thoroughly dry a queen sized comforter. It has numerous cycles and seems to dry the laundry in a timely fashion.

I honestly am satisfied with all Maytag products! It was an easy decision to buy this after my dryer of 6+ years broke. [Whirlpool] I did own the washer which I bought last year after my Whirlpool washer broke as well so it was great to have the matching set.

nice dryer, but i do not like the front door opening. it is very awkward to remove clothes fron the dryer.

Purchased the matching dryer in late 2020 when our old one died and we’ve had such a fantastic experience with it that when the old dryer bit the dust 2 months ago I didn’t even bother doing any research, we’ve just been that pleased as Maytag owners so far. I’m happy to report that it was a chance worth taking - the 6230 dryer is just as impressive as it’s twin, easy to use and quick to dry. The lint filter is easily accessible just inside the door and comes clean right away. Gotta love the app notifications and as long as they stay free we’ll keep on enjoying them. Looking forward to many great years of service from this terrific Maytag unit.

Just what the doctor ordered and a great look that matches our Maytag washing machine. This dryer has plenty of settings and does a great job in drying any and all types of clothing. We are very pleased with this purchase.

Love this dryer! It’s quiet, has oodles of settings, the lint trap is super easy to clean…and best yet! Made in the USA! I recommend it to anyone wanting a top of the line dryer that’s moderately priced.

Larger that it appeared in the store, however, was able to make it work in my laundry room. It is quite and quick drying. I have used the dryer for quilts to jeans and it has been top notched in length of time and dryness.
