Maytag dryer with steam hoses leaked water all day

He so weak? He transferred the call to the same department. I returned the dryer and credited my account due to the frustration and customer satisfaction. I recommend the dryer but not customer service at Best Buy. My floor is ruined, the washer could be ruined because water was under it all night and I am returning the dryer. I do appreciate Jennifer , Handesha and Victoria for trying to help and I do understand you can only do what you are allowed.

Not a complaint. Love the quality and the functionality. It is not as powerful as prior dryers I have owned which cost less. Sometimes I have to repeat the cycle for heavier items such as towels to get fully dry, but for regular loads it is a very good dryer. I love the antiwrinkle function and also the steam function.

I had a load of darks that sat overnight and thought I’d have to wash them over so the wrinkles would not be there. Almost everything was still wrinkle free and what wasn’t I just put back in and used the steam cycle and no wrinkles. Really worth the money and was at a very good price.

I like the door that folds down instead of a side opening. The top is not completely flat (slight curve) due to the steam feature, but not an issue for me.
