Some cycles finish before clothes are completely dried and have to a time dry. Clothes also seem to be shrinking more than from other dryers I have used, even when turning heat settings down. Do like the steam functions

It works as advertised! Saves me money on its ability to have multiple features and settings. A big plus is you can download the app, use a "time of use" program and a "delay" feature. Talk about "smart" home capable.

The Wrinkle prevent setting works so much better. I got this unit instead of the one that matched my washer because I love the hatch style door better, and it has a drum light. It's been a great unit so far, and I'm glad I went back to Maytag.

The sensors are very sensitive for the dryness level. Once you figure that out though, it’s good. I really like the steam option as it helps with wrinkles.
