They have messed my delivery up 2 times and then scheduled the delivery at a time i specifically said i was not available because im at work. Now i cant get ahold of anyone and they claim they can't change the delivery. I cant just leave work either. Im in the protection industry. Now the delivery driver is going to show up at my house with no one there because best buy has proven themselves incompetent, not once, but multiple times. Best buy needs to fund a way to make this right. I specifically requested time off 2 ti.es for this delivery and missed out on a lot of money. Fix it or i am filling a lawsuit for lost wages and then my going rate of $125 an hour every hour i have to wait.

Control panel broke within the first 6 months of owning. Manufacturer refused to replace unit. 18 months later control panel broke again this time out of warranty $315 for parts and labor. Refused to even consider paying a portion of the repair cost for what is clearly a bad product. Only offer was 20% off a full price new unit, in case I wanted to buy a new dryer every two years. Get the extended warranty because this piece of junk won’t last and repairs cost more than a new unit. 10 year limited warranty only covers the drum and the motor, all the poorly made electronics are only covered for a year and they are expensive to repair/replace. Do NOT buy without an extended warranty.
