Dont have best buy deliver your products. They have messed my delivery up 2 times and then scheduled the delivery at a time i specifically said i was not available because im at work. Now i cant get ahold of anyone and they claim they can't change the delivery. I cant just leave work either. Im in the protection industry. Now the delivery driver is going to show up at my house with no one there because best buy has proven themselves incompetent, not once, but multiple times. Best buy needs to fund a way to make this right. I specifically requested time off 2 ti.es for this delivery and missed out on a lot of money. Fix it or i am filling a lawsuit for lost wages and then my going rate of $125 an hour every hour i have to wait.

Poor quality. Control panel broke within the first 6 months of owning. Manufacturer refused to replace unit. 18 months later control panel broke again this time out of warranty $315 for parts and labor. Refused to even consider paying a portion of the repair cost for what is clearly a bad product. Only offer was 20% off a full price new unit, in case I wanted to buy a new dryer every two years. Get the extended warranty because this piece of junk won’t last and repairs cost more than a new unit. 10 year limited warranty only covers the drum and the motor, all the poorly made electronics are only covered for a year and they are expensive to repair/replace. Do NOT buy without an extended warranty.

I wish I could rate it higher but there are too many quirks. The drum light will come on intermittently during a cycle so I will have to turn it off manually. The clothes wont get dry on one cycle all the time so I will have to go through another cycle. Some times it will leave water spots on clothes with steam refresh so I have to dry them on a different cycle. as for reliability, I have had it 5 mos, so we will see. I bought the dryer because I have a Maytag Atlantis washer i've had for 14 yrs and still going strong.

Overall it is a good size Drum, holds the whole bed of queen sheets, however I find it doesn’t dry the clothes all the way, towels and socks always come out wet, no matter the setting i use. Still figuring things out.

I wish it was quieter. It rattles a lot. Still learning the options as sometimes certain options don’t dry my clothes.

Still hate the “auto sensor “! Clothes are never completely dry from the first cycle.

I’ve had a few issues with my dryer acting up but it had an issue with the electrical connections. Thankfully it didn’t burn my house down.

Do not buy. It constantly says clean filter even in the middle of the current load even though I cleaned it before starting.

Already having issues with drum and dryer making noice when it stops drying.

After a month to close are still not fully drying. We'll have to cost customer service to see what's going on.

Keeps tripping the 30 amp breaker. It might be my panel. Having it looked at.

The dryer was defective from the very first day. When we used the "steam" function -- which was the feature that caused us to purchase this model -- the interior of the dryer drum filled with water(!) and the entire laundry room floor was flooded. It was diagnosed over the phone as a defective steam valve, which needs replacing, but is backordered for who knows how long. Probably backordered becuase this part is failing in lots of Maytag steam dryers. The additional Geek Squad Protection I purchased is useless -- I was told I have to deal with Maytag becuase the manufacturer warranty is still in effect. Almost three months after delivery, the dryer still hasnt been repaired! Complete fail by Maytag and a big disappointment with Best Buy for not stepping in to help.
