The new one is doing better than the first one

Maytag was going to send someone out to fix it in two weeks. We were not willing to wait that long so we just exchanged it whcih Best Buy was great about.

Great Delivery, Great Dryer!

They had the dryer out to us and installed within a couple of days, and they hauled away our old dryer. We LOVE our new dryer! It has so many options and is so easy to use. We couldn't be happier with our purchase or our delivery experience.

Wrinkle free dry

New dryer is working just fantastic. We installed the steam hose as well. I love the wrinkle free option. I tend to rerun the cycle if I put it on normal dry setting, or just pick more dry. Manual also gives direction about the different drying cycles.

Quiet and dries fast

The only con I've found so far is the buttons don't always respond to a light touch, you have to apply some pressure.

Awesome dryer

I love the different settings & that it saves my settings. The washer is a little difficult for me to reach all the way to the bottom & sometimes they both can leave my clothes pretty wrinkled- but I honestly am so grateful that I don’t mind. I think sometimes we are so lucky to have the things we have.
