This it works great and has a steam option, which is wonderful. Replaced by 21 year old dryer with this one. I hope it lasts 21 years!

Does not come with attachments so need to purchase kit. Have not yet used all features but the ones I have used functioned beautifully.

You could tell they were in a rush, and so after taking it downstairs they failed to hook it up or to leave the hoses needed to complete the delivery. Buying the item was easy and I have no complaints in that area but the company need to vet the installers they were terrible

The product appears to work as advertised. I have not had an opportunity to use all the features. I have only had it a week.

Maytag dryer with steam hoses leaked water all day

He so weak? He transferred the call to the same department. I returned the dryer and credited my account due to the frustration and customer satisfaction. I recommend the dryer but not customer service at Best Buy. My floor is ruined, the washer could be ruined because water was under it all night and I am returning the dryer. I do appreciate Jennifer , Handesha and Victoria for trying to help and I do understand you can only do what you are allowed.

I frequently had to add additional time When the cycle ended on my older dryer. I don’t hear The buzzer when the cycle ends.
