I have had it for a while now and feel that I can fairly review the performance. Even for small loads it often requires two cycles. Yesterday it took two cycles to fully dry a single pair of underwear. And if you don't use the "Extra Power" button every time then you can forget about having dry clothes. Also, it might sound trivial, but starting a cycle is a multi-step process that involves holding buttons down and waiting. I find this to be annoying. And the wif-fi networking feature is pretty much useless. Best Buy did a GREAT job with the install and made that part very easy but I would not purchase this model again. My suggestion is to spend a few extra bucks and get something better.
