In a nutshell, Best Buy was fantastic. I’d recommend shopping there always. My problem is the dryer I purchased does not dry in one cycle. Does not matter what size or fabric type, it takes several cycles, usually resorting to the highest temperature. I stand for made in the USA, just am disappointed with the lack of function here.

Bought this as an emergency replacement for my home Descent looking dryer, it does it’s job but it is EXTREMELY noisy. The start button is a bit annoying as my previous dryer was one touch and go, this one you need to hold the start button for the 3 second countdown before it actually starts. I would not buy it again

What an awful experience we have had with Best Buy and Maytag. Brought this dryer home excited and hopeful. Plug it in, set it up. Throw our clothes in… does not dry… makes “heat” but doesn’t dry our clothes.. Great.. we have a family vacation planned we just have to deal with it when we get back… we get back go to return the dryer.. Best Buy has a 15 day return policy.. WHY didn’t I buy from Lowe’s I regret it. Stayed on the phone with Best Buy on hold forever doesn’t go anywhere.. They tell my husband he now has to go through Maytag… Maytag tells us they can’t schedule anything until 3 weeks out!!!! How this is even acceptable is beyond me. You buy a brand new dryer.. I didn’t buy a refurbished dryer.. and I bought it to use now! I read a few reviews mentioning this problem but I chopped it up to the possibility someone didn’t know how to properly install! NOPE just lemons and poor service!

Not sure how the dryer “senses” when the clothes are dry, but it doesn’t work. Clothes are still damp when the dryer shuts off. Guess I’ll have to use the old fashioned “timed dry” and do my own guessing.

Love this dryer, the door opens from the top instead of the side, less interference in a small space and the towel come our dry in half the time. Love it, I’m using it as I’m writing this statement.

The first time I used the dryer, it smoked. I waited 2 weeks for delivery. Now, I'm waiting another 2 weeks before Best Buy delivers a new one. I been without a dryer a month.

Dryer is a great product. I purchased this appliance because it was made in America.

new machine did not work. busted. called customer service. terrible treatment is terrible

Dryer sensors don’t work. Timer says 1 hour and then 10 mins later says it’s done. Clothes are still soaked. Can only use timed dry. Sensors don’t work at all.

I had to wait through 4 delivery dates, as no one showed up on the first 3 scheduled dates.

I had a Samsung dryer that was apparently a lemon. It was also an electric dryer. After months of going back and forth, Best Buy honored their policy to replace the Samsung dryer. We initially bought an electric Maytag dryer, but after reading some reviews decided to purchase the gas dryer instead. Best decision ever. My clothes with usually take anywhere from 90 minutes to 2 hours to dry with an electric dryer. I’ve had this dryer for almost a week and it has dried my clothes before my new load of clothes in the washing machine has finished. Thoroughly impressed with the gas version. If my washing machine goes out, I can guarantee you that I am buying a Maytag washer too.

We purchased this Maytag Dryer with Extra Power Button and we love it. Smart Dryer that saves us on Gas and Electricity.

The absolute worst Dryer !!!!!!! bought on 9/21 broke on 12/21, Maytag is not cooperating 2 months later still no dryer!!
