Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Waited about a month for dryer to be delivered. Owned it for about 3 weeks and dryer completely went out. Does not turn on at all. 2 weeks for a tech to come out with parts. Parts arrived but turned out the parts ordered did not fix the problem. New parts ordered 2 weeks later they arrived and still did not fix the problem. New part needs to be ordered and it will take 4 weeks to arrive. Been with out a dryer longer than I owned it. No help by Best Buy with offering a loaner or with expediting service.
