Our old one finally died after 36 years. The dryer is fast! The old dryer took about an hour and a half to dry a load of clothes. This one has them dry in about half an hour or less. We really like that it notifies you when the clothes are dry if you hook it up to your phone. Definitely a good buy!

Quiet, does the job

This one had good reviews and we now see why. Its got many nice fratures and works very well. It is also very quiet compared to our orevious one. We are very satisfied with this purchase and all the features it came with! 10/10

Poor Manual - missing critical information

There are 13 different cycles to choose from and none of them are explained in the manual. Many cycles seem to be the same other than the drying time. But, since all but the “Timed Dry” cycles stop based on dryness sensing, what does the drying time of the 12 remaining have to do with how the cycle works. The manual doesn’t say. Just so poorly do. I expected more from an American company.

Better than expected!

Lots of options for different fabrics as well. We always go with gas dryers due to time difference in drying clothes over electric. This dryer does an awesome job getting clothes dry quickly even with a much larger capacity than our old dryer.

Purchased the matching top loader washer as well. You can choose from a number of dry options. Also, the Maytag app is simple and works well with both the washer and dryer. Very happy with the performance of the product so far.
