Brand new and not disappointed

HORRENDOUS SERVICE

Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Dryer worked great when initially installed (paid for the white glove service and installation) I moved to another state and when I went to hook up my dryer, I found out they used epoxy to install it. Now, I cannot attach the gas line. They want to charge $150+ for them to run a diagnostic and then additional money to fix their own mistake. 10/10 do NOT recommend hiring Best Buy to install for you. They will damage the appliance and charge you again to fix it.

Maytags last 20years plus!!!

My first set bought in 1980 we sold with our house in 2003 and they still worked like new. The second set we bought in 2003 I just traded in on my current set in 2023. The washer had a slipping transmission and the dryer worked like new. We are getting 20plus years out of our Maytags so i am very please!!!
