Had it a year now and no issues yet. The only negative thing I could say about the buying process was that the people who installed it forgot to install the legs. They came back out but to install them and ended up tearing up our floor

This is a great standard dryer. Does not have all the fancy cycles(which we would not use anyway) Works very well dries fast and is quite quiet.

This was a good cheap dryer. The install was well done and the dryer works well. No fuss. Very easy to use

I love this dryer! The settings are easy to set and the options simple to understand. The wrinkle-free feature that has the dryer run in short bursts for awhile after the clothes are dried to prevent wrinkles until you remove them is great. It’s very helpful when you can’t get to them immediately. The drum holds and dries several rugs or a large number of towels or a comforter set easily.

Works quickly and dries clothes well. I can also dry my king size comforter in this dryer! So excited about the price! Well worth the buy!

After getting burned by a recent purchase of a top end Samsung dryer that lasted only 4 years, I decided to purchase a dryer with fewer features to save a little money. So far, this dryer seems to be good value for the price I paid (just shy of $500). What I miss about my old dryer is the ease of the push button panel as opposed to turning and pushing the knobs of this control panel. The door also opens and closes more noisily than my Samsung. The "buzzer" that indicates that the load is dry is annoying, but it can be turned off. The lint filter is located on top of the dryer instead of being inside the dryer like my Samsung. It does have a "wrinkle free" setting, but I have yet to use it. Clothes and towels have come out dry and that's really all I care about.

Certain loads for some reason want to tangle up totally. Sheets especially. I have yet to figure out what is different with this dryer over others so I can stop it. A suggestion was made to use tennis balls or something similar....not something you should need to do with a $500 dryer. Overall it works well, just not the best. I guess they just don’t make things that work as well as older machines anymore.

Holds a lot of items. Dries fast and tumbles every fifteen minutes to avoid wrinkles until you take laundry out,

Good basic clothes dryer. Runs more quietly than expected. Large bin for good size laundry load.

Needed a new dryer chose this one because it was a good price and bigger than older dryer.

The top of the dryer has a popping sound when you lay something on it. But it works great! Dries loads great and is super quiet!

I should have checked how the door worked before I purchased it. I didn't realize that the less you pay for a dryer the worse the door is. It dried clothing fine, but you have to finagle the door to close each time.
