I wanted inexpensive and basic. It definitely is basic. I am hoping because it is a Maytag it will last a long time. Door opens wrong way for my basement and door is hard to close sometimes (I am a senior with arthritic hands) otherwise seems to be working well. Wish it showed how many minutes it has been drying though.

I am moving away from foreign made appliances, one at a time. This one is OK but nothing to write home about. I wanted something simpler that didn't think it was too smart like all these sensor machines there are now that know absolutely nothing. A dryer just needs to dry. I guess it does that, just expected higher efficiency than it gets. I think it is lacking in final fit/finish and proper insulation/sealing of components would have made a bigger difference.

The dryer is very large l, quiet, and easy to use. I can see that for some they want their laundry to be more dry, so I sometimes run it twice. I usually use the automatic mode so maybe that is why on occasion I need to run it twice. Best thing about this dryer is it’s very quiet and smooth. No vibrations or noises. For a solid dryer this a great choice.

This dryer is so nice and big. Its quiet and drys the clothes quick.

My last Maytag lasted 15 yrs. It is about time to replaced with a new ones. Very simple to operate. Nothing fancy about this dryer. Too early to give a positive or negative reviews at this time. It was a good deal and purchased $600 included tax. Let's hope it will last for another 15 years.

I spent 6 years suffering with a samsung dryer. I was so impressed with it's fancy dials and readouts, but wasn't prepared for all of the problems I had with it. I finally had it and looked for a dryer with only buttons and dials. this dryer is great. easy to use and efficient.

I love this Maytag dryer! Did my research before deciding and this dryer did not disappoint in any way. Completely satisfied with available options and performance. Clothes come out beautiful.

Dryer is exactly what I wanted. Works great, no problems. The only thing I don't like is the door seems very thin. My old one had a thick door so it might be that I have to get used to it.

My old Maytag dryer started to fade at the tender age of about 30 years, so I replaced it with this machine. It seems solid, is easy to use and has just the right amount of features for what I need. Clothes come out nice and easy to hang/fold without wrinkles.

Our previous dryer was a Kenmore, however, we decided to go with a Maytag. It has been an efficient and easy to use dryer. Simple features make this dryer easy to use. I also feel confident in the Maytag name. Best Buy delivery was reliable and the set up was fast.

Maytag is my trusted brand fir washer/dryers. I was bummed the newer dryer is deeper than the older dryer (and needs to sit further away from the wall) but it does have a larger capacity and is much quieter.

Picked up this dryer about a month ago. So far it has been great. Clothes come out nice and dry, have not experienced anything being damp after a dry cycle. The other plus is that it is easy to use. Last thing to mention is capacity is large.

The dryer is easy to operate, it does a good job with any load of clothes. My only negative comment is that the door latch is cheap and hard to close.

Great gas dryer runs quiet smooth close come out piping hot. Very efficient dryer I’ve always had electric dryers in the past, this Dryer far exceeded my expectations great bang for the buck

This is a good dryer, but it does have one weird quirk to it. If I turn the dial to just the right spot between the "Jeans" setting and "More Dry", it will run and run, not dry the clothes, and not automatically shut off. It's done this twice in the month we've had it. Other than this it has been a decent machine so far.

So far so good! It dries well in a reasonable amount of time and is fairly quiet. For a modestly priced dryer it has a number of settings.

Very large interior. It dries bigger loads faster and has lots of options for drying different loads and fabrics. We love our new dryer!
