It is quiet. Drys all the items very well. 7 Cu. Ft. drum is more than adequate. Very simple and easy to operate. Great Dryer.

Great price for slightly dented gas dryer, after spending $400 to try to fix LG smart dryer to no avail.

The first time delivery date was 12-9-20. Men came in to check where the old washer & dryer were. Man said the dryer wouldn't fit thru the 28 inch door. I had given the old dryer measurements to the salesman and there was no mention of not fitting thru door. They took old set out. Man said if I took part of the door frame off then they would bring my washer & dryer back. I removed part of the door frame & called for another delivery. Had to wait 2 weeks for them to redeliver!!!! 12-23-20 other men delivered. When I returned after Holiday, I noticed a dent on both sides of dryer at the top & there was no protective cover where the knobs were. Also when they installed the dryer vent, it was wadded up between wall & dryer instead of being cut to properly fit. I do like the dryer but not pleased that I didn't get the new one out of the box they first tried to deliver.

I was looking for a basic model of dryer - no electronic panel, no flashy features - and this is exactly it. It's quiet and it gets the job done (just put it on "More Dry" or the clothes will be a bit damp). Ours came without leveling feet, but a call to Maytag (Whirlpool) took care of it and they're shipping them to us for free. I really like that the lint catcher is at the top, because our previous dryer was a GE that had it in the front of the door, and the clothes often got lint on them when I pulled them out. I also like that there aren't any plastic parts in the dryer itself to crack and break (another problem we had with the GE).

When I purchased product salesperson was able to show the features of the dryer and after purchase showed excellent follow up service. Dryer has been used several times and I have had no trouble with use of the dryer. I like the options which this dryer offers. There is easy access to lint removal and I like the different options of settings. Door takes a tug to open but is not a problem to me.

This dryer works really nice drying my cloths is easy and anyone can operate the machine. I had an easy time hooking it up also. Legs screw into the bottom of machine and it was ready to use.

The benefit is the big drum, I could stuff it with two full loads and it still has plenty of space. Just make sure you level it well and you won’t even hear that baby purr

Love this dryer. Does a good job and I love that I can actually reach all the way back in the drum. Other than the door being loud to open/shut, it's perfect for me.

Purchased this gas dryer to replace my old one and have no complaints. Dries well and has saved on my utility bill.

Installation was fast and on time. Washer/dryer set works as advertised - quiet and efficient.

Great price plus a 10 % gift card. Better price with gift card than anyone else. Works great but the door has to be slammed to close it. I don't like that, so that is why it gets a 4 instead of 5.

The drier has been performing very well. One drawback is that the selection knob in the center seems to lack an internal lock for the drying cycles for jeans, heavy, normal and delicate. There is no definite "click" that tells you if you have really set the cycle at the precise point. The other knobs have this reassuring click. I wonder why Maytag is using a knob that feels like it's missing a rubber washer and has a toothless gear. Does anyone do end-user tests anymore?

Excellent dryer large capacity and dries in half a cycle. Pleased with purchase. Delivery guys also were very quick and followed CDC and Bestbuy guidelines.

One of the more basic dryers I found but still more features than I need. Like wrinkle control, buzzer on/off option and moisture sensor. And 12 cycles is more than I need. Would have preferred if it had a rack to dry shoes like my previous one. Quieter than my previous 22 year old dryer but also not as well made. Door feels flimsier and more plastic. Also does not dry as fast as the previous Maytag.

Easy to use and I have no issues with my clothes coming out wrinkly. With the correct setting my clothes don't shrink like the other one I had!

Got it 2 months ago after our old dryer stopped. On time shipping, easy installation by a professional. Works and dries clothes very well. Large capacity. Very satisfied.

I've had this dryer for a little less than a month now. My previous dryer was also a Maytag and it lasted about 14 yrs and that is why I continued to stay with Maytag. It does dry my clothes. The only thing I did notice is when I use the sensor dry, I do need to up the heat to Med setting as it left my clothes a little damp in the low heat setting. I have yet to try the other cycles on the dryer so I cant comment on those. However, so far, Im a satisfied customer!

Bought this model because it closely resembled the broken dryer model I had. Easy to install and works great! Love the wrinkle control setting!
