The dryer timer/sensor has not worked from the day it was installed. I have to manually check the load to determine when everything is dry. I am quiet happy with the dryer and hopefully it will be fixed soon. Does a great job of drying.

Replaced a front load Samsung front load gas dryer that was only 5 yrs old. Started to smell like gas. I was told it was the igniter. Too dangerous to keep so replaced with this model. Hopefully this one will last. The only thing I miss is the drying rack the old Samsung had. This one does seem to dry faster too.

This dryer is all you need. There is no reason to pay more. My dryer broke down in the midst of COVID-19 quarantine along with my dishwasher and TV....why?????? So I pick this out online based on brand name, price, features and reviews. I was more than pleased when I received it. The cycles have nice features with 4 levels of heat. The sensor dry option is spot on. The tumbler holds a queen sherpa comforter with room no problem. The lint vent is on the top right side so not a lot of mess. I highly recommend. Can't go wrong. Stay safe and well.

The drier is very efficient and dries my clothes much faster than my old model. I have some concern about the door handle on the drier however as the door is rather stiff and an earlier delivery had the handle break off

When I dry Levis they seem to dry all over, even in the pockets. My old dryer always left some damp spots. Plenty of settings. Very pleased with my Maytag!

I am pleasantly surprised at how quickly this dryer dries my clothes. My previous dryer was only 7 years old but the comparison in time it took to dry is night and day. Yes, this dryer is not the fancy, smancy looking type but it does what a dryer is supposed to do. DRY!!

My old dryer stopped working unexpectedly. This was a very compatible match for the model and the price. Still very new to do a lengthy review on the dryer yet, is doing a nice job so far.

Didn't know at first about this dryer, but the price was great and it's old school too. This dryer right away is amazing. Gets my clothes dry right away. Hassle free. Best buy had everything installed and it's been a breeze with this dryer. It's a must buy.

This item was purchased online at the Heightod the COVID pandemic. The site was easy to use and allowed for comparison of brand and details. the installation crew was fully suited from head to toe with Mask and Facial shields. They were effective, efficient, and extremely professional. My previous machine was from Best buy and it lasted over 15 years. I am sure I will get that or more. I also had the option of no interest financing for 24 months. Wow, Great experience...Only my previous dryer had failed, but I bought a new set. The installation allowed to have the working old machine moved to another site (my Garage) and it is now working still foe my Niece. Wonderful options across the board.

An incredible dryer to go along with the Maytag washer we purchased as a set. They have been nothing less than incredible since we have been using.

My family washes and dries lots especially with the kids. The Best Buy associate recommended this set for durability as it is closer to commercial grade for single family use. It is easy to use and we hope it will last for some time.

At first i was having trouble with the dryer. It wasn’t drying all the way and thought it was the dryer. Until my husband cleaned out the debris and it works real good now! will recommend!

I had a Maytag dryer for over 20 years. Unfortunately, it stopped working. Since the old dryer was very reliable, I had to stick with the same brand. I love this dryer. Very easy to work!! Thank you Maytag!!!

New Maytag gas dryer runs great! Just wanted the basic functions. Got exactly what we needed. Good customer service. Delivery was timely and efficient.

Controls are easy to use. It has a big drum. The delivery experience was excellent, The guys were in and out in minutes, I give them a 10 for wearing a mask and social distancing.

This is larger and seems to have greater drying power than our old dryer. The large capacity drum works better with the sister model Maytag washing machine we purchased from Best Buy a few years ago.

This Maytag dryer has exceeded my expectations and I am very pleased with my purchase of it. It is easy and simple to operate and dries my clothes in an efficient manner.

Purchased Maytag dryer MGDC465HW1 8/27/21, delivered 8/30. Had 2 other gas mechanical dryers + recent computer board style. Wanted a machine made in USA (easier for parts), was mechanical not computer board, & easier for servicing if required. Even ind service tech recommended Maytag + 2 other USA companies. I like the door opening from the side not the hamper kind (too hard to remove all items). Have tried all settings and very pleased with results. Nice large drum for good tumbling but its coating is unknown. A bit louder than older models when running.

Seems to work fine, Only complaint so far is the door of the dryer seemingly could a bit a bit less noisy & easier to open the door, as compared to previous dryers that We've had. Easy to operate.

Everything with the dryer is great besides the minus 1 star, when "You" open the door at the bottom at the gasket area the metal panel below wobbles in & out 3/8". The lint screen handle is assembled with plastic clips and wiggles in Your have like it going to fall apart.
