    The pedestal was a must addition. It raises the appliances up to a more workable level. The only thing is if your washer is upstairs and you have the water catch basin underneath, you will not be able to open the pedestal door under the washer. Small price to pay for the security of catching the water in case of an overflow.

    No more breaking my back to load/unload the washer going forward. Now it's so much easier with the pedestal at the right height to put the laundry in the washer. This is a must have product if you buy a front loader.

    I cannot believe the height this adds. It puts the washer right where it need to be for my family. although you need to check the model of washer or dryer that it is going to be on because it does not allow the drawer to slide all the way back.

    Sits taller than my previous pedestal. More room. Seems sturdier. Washer now sits about four-inches taller which is much easier on my back.

    I bought this product when replacing my washing machine and dryer. This was a must have with the low profile of the newer front loading machines. The drawers slide in and out easily. I am able to fit a 64oz liquid detergent bottle with no issue. The 32oz Downey bottle is a different story. It is a tad too tall for this base. Satisfied with the purchase.
