Don't waste your money

Posted .I'm sorry you have had this experience. I'm not sure what download link you are referencing. To install the product, go to https://www.mcafee.com/activate and enter your download code. It will ask you to setup an account with McAfee, which is required but only needs your email address. You will also be asked to sign up for auto-renewal, but this is optional and you can skip without interrupting installation. The download and install should begin at that point. If you run into issues, you will need to contact McAfee support. Best Buy employees are not trained to support our products at the technical level. Where do I down load it from. I have been all over, review product, Order Status, Some Smarty - ( info grabber add - who knows what that is?) and still can't find out where to download this product I just bought. Why don't you guys do this professionally? Looks like a hack put this site together.

Posted .I'm sorry you had this experience. I assume you are not using Windows 10S, which we are not compatible with. If you are running Windows 10, 8.1, 8, or 7 it should install. What did you do to try and install? Here is the process in case you tried something different: Take your download code to https://www.mcafee.com/activate, type in the code and the installation should begin. It will ask you to setup an account with McAfee, which only requires an email address. It will also ask you to enroll in auto-renew, which ensures you never go unprotected, but that step is optional and can be skipped by clicking on the X in the upper right corner without interrupting installation. At that point, it should install. If you ran into any problems during this process, you can contact our support team at service.mcafee.com or 866-622-8911 and they should be able to help you figure out what is wrong.
