Did find the website and created a login. Have to try each item on the website to see if it works and guess to it's usage. I downloaded the app from the website to my Windows laptop, but it failed to install. GeekSquad could not get the app to install. Gave up after that.

They do get you an idea how to get to point A to B but they do not provide any services that are not at the capacity of my knowledge to justify using this. For those who are not completely sure how vast and alarming online security is and at this time is the most pivitol to learn before everything insignificantly more sophisticated. Hope that this was helpful.
