    I strolled in with bare minimum time left to make the purchase of a new laptop. Knowing exactly what I wanted the sales associate was helpful enough with some insight on insurance and warranty to get me on my way. The transaction went smoothly. I never made such an easy purchase.

    I needed customer service twice to make it work. It kept disconnecting my internet connection and VPN wouldn't let me search at all while on. They have been helpful when contacting them just a pain to have to do it.
