    gorgeous figure and a great addition to the line. I was reluctant to get it but after seeing it and the accessories it was a great purchase.

    I paid $40 plus tax and shipping for a Clayface collectible, and BestBuy.com treated it like garbage. The box showed up crushed, corners bent, torn open in spots, and the plastic bubble was ripped and broken. They even slapped the shipping label over the crack to hide it. That tells you everything — they just didn’t care. Trying to get a hold of customer service for an exchange or refund? Impossible. Endless loops, no real help, no resolution. For collectors, the condition of the box matters, and what I received looked like it lost a street fight. Absolutely unacceptable. Worst online purchase experience I’ve had in years.

    The item was shipped in a brown envelope and arrived crushed and broken. Why would you ship an exclusive collectors item in such a way?

    Awful figure in every way. Might actually be worse than the original dc direct release which is difficult to do. Can I still return this?

    I think the quality is great and I was please with how well it displays. Best buy is fast on their deliveries and they also do a good job of packaging. This is a great addition to the McFarlane BTAS toy run.
