The hardware is subpar! The laser itself works very well, but the rest of the machine is junk. when i received mine, nothing worked. The head of the machine would not move up and it would simply fall to its lowest point if it was lifted. I removed the back plate to find that the set screws had fallen out so the motor was not able to spin the screw to move the head. I repaired this and was able to use the machine, but the the head would tilt sideways while raising it so you would have to pull up while moving it. While I was able to use it, I found out that Mecpows software contains ransomware. My security software caught this before anything happened. Now, I have no software to run the machine and I found that it is not compatible with LaserGRBL.
