If it's Monday you can't set it for friday. No id on recordings also. Will be looking around for something better. Got it for $29 bucks but it's worth about $19!

It took me a long time to understand the instruction manual. It’s nowhere near as good as the VCR from the cable company.

If you had two or more in a series it would be ok, if that is what you want to deal with. Good price for what it does but the limits did not fit what I wanted to do.

However, I will purchase it again after I cancel my Directv subscription.
