Bought this so I would be able to fit it into the trunks of our cars to allow my father to be taken to more places…(his full sized wheelchair is too Big to fit in my family’s vehicles…this mobility chair is very heavy duty..(thus the 31lbs weight) But, like I said will fit in a mid-sized & Full sized vehicles…this chair makes it possible to take my father to MORE PLACES…because it folds small enough to fit in a trunk…
