    I was looking for something I could attach to my old Sharp Aquos tv to communicate via Bluetooth to my new Bose Headphones. This worked perfectly, I can watch my shows with the tv volume low or off to everyone else.

    This is a good device for transmitting sound from your t.v. to any type of bluetooth speakers. However, I've noticed a slight lag (1-2 seconds) between the sound on the television and the bluetooth devices which creates a bit of an echo. So we just turn down the volume on the t.v. and use the bluetooth speakers.

    I upgraded to this transmitter for the increased range. My previous transmitter would reach maybe 30 feet, but this one reaches everywhere in my apartment. Have not gone outside to test if it will reach the full 100 feet. It connects easily to my earbuds. Not sure the voice prompts are necessary on the transmitter, but could be helpful. Very happy with the performance.

    must have for connecting 2 bluetooth devices to my smart tv with soundbar and headphones , however with headphones on and volume turned up for others you get echoing which makes headphones useless,but with volume turned down the sound is great.
