Give these guys raises. They took my badly "scammed" computer, fixed it, updated it, and enhanced it, and made it run faster. They really saved me, BIG TIME!!!!

The geek squad was very friendly, professional, and efficient. They were unable to fix my laptops. I was able to take the one home and resolve the issues with it. I used it while I waited for weeks to get my new computer. I had to wait for the new memory card to come in and for the Geek Squad get it installed.

The agents changed my laptop battery. I had brought in the wrong battery but they were great. They took the back off my laptop and took a picture of the battery that I needed so I would be sure to order the right one. And they cleaned the insides while they had it apart. Came back a few days later with the right battery and they got me in and out quickly. They are all very friendly, knowledgeable, and always great to work with!

After buying a 17” Dell XPS I asked the Geek Squad to add some memory for me. Unfortunately they stripped one of the screws on the back panel on the first try. The store, however, had another of the same computer and they just swapped it out and had no problems on the second try. The service manager was very open with me and I was in and out in about an hour.

took my laptop and new SSD drive in to Geek Squad(Through an Appointment I had set up). I was met by courteous people who listened to me and who followed my instructions. they said it take up to one hour. I went shopping while in Best Buy and I was notified about twenty five minutes later that they were done. so I paid for my purchases and walked over to the Geek Squad counter and picked up my laptop. Nothing could be easier.

Professional service on my laptop memory installation. The Tech sat down with me, listened to my desires, look the manual for my laptop showed me what was possible, and explained the possible problems that maybe encountered. Manual said 16GB was max memory for laptop, but I explained I had spoke with a HP tech that said it was possible to install 32GB and it would work. The Geek Squad installed the memory and it worked fine thumbs up to the tech for a great job.

David the repair person for my computer is the best employee I have ever had service me at Best Buy. David should get special attention for his customer service and his skills that he has saved my computer multiple times. Excellent in every situation I’ve ever communicated with him. Just needed a memory upgrade on my new computer. It was done in an hour even though they were short staffed that day. My tech was super nice and thorough with everything that needed updating.

Upgraded my memory from 4 to 8. Happy so far, so good.

It took minutes to get this replaced. They also provided great knowledge for further upgrades.
