After buying a 17” Dell XPS I asked the Geek Squad to add some memory for me. Unfortunately they stripped one of the screws on the back panel on the first try. The store, however, had another of the same computer and they just swapped it out and had no problems on the second try. The service manager was very open with me and I was in and out in about an hour.

Professional service on my laptop memory installation. The Tech sat down with me, listened to my desires, look the manual for my laptop showed me what was possible, and explained the possible problems that maybe encountered. Manual said 16GB was max memory for laptop, but I explained I had spoke with a HP tech that said it was possible to install 32GB and it would work. The Geek Squad installed the memory and it worked fine thumbs up to the tech for a great job.

Needed to add more memory to my son's gaming laptop. Geek squad was seamless and easy. We set up an appointment, and then came back the next day to pick up. Highly recomment Geek Squad for memory upgrades.

David the repair person for my computer is the best employee I have ever had service me at Best Buy. David should get special attention for his customer service and his skills that he has saved my computer multiple times. Excellent in every situation I’ve ever communicated with him. My son received memory for his gaming system & it didn't work properly. After installation, the computer just kept going into BIOS. Took out new memory, the system still only booted to BIOS. I tried 'turning it off & then back on again' about 9 million times. I took it to Best Buy, paid for the service and TADAAAAA! The system is fixed, memory upgraded & running smooth. It was done within a couple of days.

The agent went to great lengths trying to get the Corsair memory to work and eventually they realized that they just weren't compatible with the Dell PC I bought. I love about everything with Dell, but they don't make it easy to find off brands that work with them

Friendly, helpful , and speedy. Squad addressed my concerns and repackaged the laptop once they open the new box to install the memory.

Geek Squad Did a great job in a pretty fast time, even though they were busy. I made an appointment went there and they took my product I bought and said they would text and email me when done . Said it could take up to 2 days. They called about 5 or 6 hours later and said it was done.
