The agent went to great lengths trying to get the Corsair memory to work and eventually they realized that they just weren't compatible with the Dell PC I bought. I love about everything with Dell, but they don't make it easy to find off brands that work with them

My son received memory for his gaming system & it didn't work properly. After installation, the computer just kept going into BIOS. Took out new memory, the system still only booted to BIOS. I tried 'turning it off & then back on again' about 9 million times. I took it to Best Buy, paid for the service and TADAAAAA! The system is fixed, memory upgraded & running smooth. It was done within a couple of days.

Geek Squad Did a great job in a pretty fast time, even though they were busy. I made an appointment went there and they took my product I bought and said they would text and email me when done . Said it could take up to 2 days. They called about 5 or 6 hours later and said it was done.

It was nice to know what they were doing in detail.

Upgraded ram in laptop, done in 30 mins. Excellent service

Need better tech people. Its hard to find. Went to store with appt time. They dont go by that appt system. Waited 2o mins for the appt time. Then the tech told me a had to go to another location. He couldn't help me. Not good. Terrible customer service.

The service personnel were exceptional with their knowledge and understanding of my needs. They reacted to my request as to the custom requirements that fit my needs. there were unique requirements that they understood and were able to accomplish quickly and effectively. There were unique options on the remotes that they handled well.

I have a technical background in electronics. I enjoyed the trouble shooting and watched the professional diagnostics being done. The fast finding of the problem and the resulting repair was amazing. My computer was repaired and upgraded at the sometime for a very low price. CHEERS

My kid's laptop ended up needing a new fan, but in order to start the service, the Geek Squad needed to back up the memory and files on my supplied drive. No problem, as upon fixing the fan and reinstalling the memory everything runs faster and it's as good as new. The staff at Geek Squad are always great.
