I have a technical background in electronics. I enjoyed the trouble shooting and watched the professional diagnostics being done. The fast finding of the problem and the resulting repair was amazing. My computer was repaired and upgraded at the sometime for a very low price. CHEERS

The service personnel were exceptional with their knowledge and understanding of my needs. They reacted to my request as to the custom requirements that fit my needs. there were unique requirements that they understood and were able to accomplish quickly and effectively. There were unique options on the remotes that they handled well.

My kid's laptop ended up needing a new fan, but in order to start the service, the Geek Squad needed to back up the memory and files on my supplied drive. No problem, as upon fixing the fan and reinstalling the memory everything runs faster and it's as good as new. The staff at Geek Squad are always great.

Everyone who helped me was nice, they kept me informed of the progress of my repair and everything worked as intended afterward.

they a re a very knowledge group of people, only problem is they do extensive repairs in the store. all major repairs have to be sent off to serv center and that's a 4-6 week wait. But good people for the small stuff and diagnosing the problem

Quick turnaround on the upgrade. They were very friendly and explained the process, and options.

Once BB updates the purchase date to Aug 9, all will be fine. They explained why my desktop crashed in language that I understood, making it less painful having to buy a new desktop.
