Helped me pick out a better than New replacement, saved and transferred my salvaged data and set up the new unit. Professional start to finish, on time and for a fair price!

But good people for the small stuff and diagnosing the problem

Purchase Date?

New computer set up added some DRAM.

Got it home and there was a problem with it recognizing the D drive 1 tb. Think a loose connection I expect they should. Have checked, but , Took it back they said it was fine. Good news they did it while I waited and set up a few perks for me.
