SO very disappointed. Ordered 11/24, received 11/26. It was broken and finally on Dec 9th I get a response about a faulty controller. It will take 20 days to ship me a part and instructions to fix the unit. This is not what I paid for, and the long wait for a reply due to "weekends" is silly. When a customer received a broken unit you would want to work quickly especially if shipping is going to take 20 days. Also, why would I be paying full price to repair a new unit? This is a big disappointment to me. I'm really sorry I wasn't offered a better way to get me a unit that works. I will be purchasing another brand and returning this unit that was shipped defective.
