Treadmill works great however there customer service sucks. Been weeks since I got this and still waiting for them give me my membership for 180 days like they promised.
I would recommend this to a friend

I received this as a Christmas present and haven't used it yet. Hubby says instructions were not very clear. I don't want to give it 4 or 5 stars because I haven't used it yet. If I can edit later I will.

Unfortunately I received a machine that did not eork.out of the box. Once set-up the machine kept giving an error code of E05 and would not start. We did some troubleshooting and reset the machine as instructed. Then tge machine gave an errir code of E02. I contacted the company who immediately after telling them the error codes i was getting, wanted to send out a new motor to be installed by myself. So you want me to install a motor on the supposedly brand new treadmill i just brought...NOT. Would not recommend thus product or manufacturer.

Motor is rubbing on the running belt causing rubber dust and after a time the belt starts jerking
