Great item, you don’t have to be to close to the screen to be able to see and hear when making video calls, sound is great, the only bad thing is the tablet doesn’t have a battery and has to be plugged in order to use it.

It was really easy to set up and get started. The picture quality is great and the sound is like having the other person in the room with you. I bought one for my parents who are in their 80's and they love everything about it.

Gift for parents over 70 years old! They were able to hook it up and use it easily! Now we can do video chats whenever, and the sound and picture quality is perfect! So pleased.

This would get five stars if It was rechargeable and didn’t Have to be plugged in all the time. I really bought this for group zoom calls. It can sense if you have a group in the room and adjusts camera frame automatically. Makes pandemic zooms easier for sure.

Great way to communicate with seniors during Covid times. Easy to set and easy to use for seniors. Voice command for even more ease to answer. Big enough for less eye strain but small enough to take up less space.

Works as intended however will not bring up ring camera's like the Echo. But does the job and the TV portal quit working and will not connect to new Wi-Fi 6 Router which made it useless. This portal worked with new router. I got cheaper at Black Friday, way too expensive now.

Bought for my elderly parents to stay in touch with all the family. Love how easy it is to use for a 79 and 85 year old parents. Only thing that would be nice, if it had an option for batteries or a cord.

Haven’t been able to utilize the messenger calls on this yet but definitely using the Alexa part of it! Returned my Echo Show 5 for this since this was only a bit more (on sale) than the Echo and has a bigger screen.

I bought this so I could talk to and see my son who lives in MN. It was very easy to set up and works like it said it would. I also learned I could use Spotify thru it, which is an added bonus.

I am a big fan of this product. In fact, in a pandemic, it is a blessing to connect with family and friends with this brand. I purchased portal 0ne mini, 2 tv portal, and 4 medium size portal. I wish I could buy the beautiful big one portal but it is out of range from my pocket nowadays. one thing only bothered is we needed all the time plugin somewhere. It should have a battery once charged and tack anywhere. Most Need to improve the quality of voice. Shabi

This is way better than I expected it to be! Quick and easy to set up, very easy to use, great for keeping us in touch with our relatives all over the states!

Easy to set up, high quality video, wide field of view!. Good sound quality. Recording can be continous or you can set the time limit of your choice.

Purchased this for my 85-year-old mom, and she loves being able to contact her grandchild and seeing their face is the best thing for her.
