Great product. It was very easy to setup. You do need an HDMI cable to complete the installation which is NOT included. Not a big problem as most people are likely to already have an extra one. The last step to complete setup is to enter your Facebook account information. After that, you’re ready to use it. The picture you see on the TV is great and camera is great at following your movements left, right, forward or backwards. Just like grandkids would do. I am very happy with this product. Thinking about buying more for the grandkids.

We already have one and we bought this for my Mom. Very easy to set up and use. My son and wife, have one too. The big plus with this is that it is connected to your tv and sits on top, so everyone in the room can participate and be seen by everyone else. No one has to hold an iPad, phone or laptop. A lot of fun.

I was hesitant to buy this because of the price point. But when the price dropped for Black Friday everyone in the family purchased one. It made spending Christmas morning with my grandchildren and fhe rest of the family possible. Now that we have them I think they are amazing products

Bought this for my parents to make video calling easier. It was a breeze to set up! Too bad it does not come with an HDMI cord, but I was able to order one on Amazon for them. Now they're able to use Messenger video and Whats App video calling on their big TV.

My mom is in a nursing home. Got this right as quarantine started and I am so so so glad I have it. Easy set up, good picture and microphone is plenty loud. Let’s you connect 7 people at a time to chat with your loved ones.

It’s awesome! We can see each other on tv instead in the phone. It’s much better and screen is bigger.

I connected this with my big screen TV and I use this to talk to my family. Camera is auto zooming for the faces even when the people are moving. Very nice product. Love this. Easy to connect to internet as well.

I absolutely love this product. It works with fb messenger so well. I bought 4 of them and sent them to family in three different countries and we were all on big screens having a digital reunion. Wonderful product.

Seems a little buggy, I have to restart it basically every time we use it. That said, it works great and as described in the videos. If you have folks spread out in a big room, it will stay panned out. However, if you have only one person...it will zoom nicely and follow the face. There’s also a focus feature where you can select a face and it will ignore the others. This is nice for when one person in a large group is trying to talk. Our girls love the games and silly mods to play with grandma...and grandma has got it figure out too. The messenger rooms feature is another great thing because of the large screen! Overall we are very happy.

Great device for families to keep in touch. Quick calls or group calls portal does a great job bringing it all together...

I like the Meta Portal. I have two. I like the use of being able to view the front and back of my home with the use of the ring doorbell. I also like the use of the apps, and my ability to reach out to family and friends via the facebook portal.

Easy to use and good picture quality on tv. Glad to be able to see family now instead of always being reduced to facetime. Camera pans around the room too

I have had this for nearly an year now. it works great and is very useful if you do a lot of video calling with your friends and family.

I used it to replace the Chromecast for the bedroom tv. It works way better than the Chromecast. Can install all the tv apps and easy to browse.

Great product only quality and performance, only knocked out a star for the product does not support Botim app which is really needed for some countries that ban video calls with whatsapp,becuase with botim these country are able to charge monthly serivce and thats why they allow video calls.
