It's digital currency, it generates instantly, can't even cancel the card. Thanks best buy.

It could also be because i used paypal at check out. Im not sure, but i will not be buying from best buy again. I prefer amazon to be honest.

It took about two weeks of calling, daily, and speaking to several staff members to try to access this card before someone was finally able to help. Once we got it works great but the actual purchase process was a complete nightmare. Just offer to buy the person whatever they want on the app/website, or get them a visa gift card instead and they can use that.

The code provided on email can be redeemed on the Meta Quest mobile app on the desired account by going to the menu, followed by selecting wallet and add a gift card by pressing the "+" button on the top right of the app.
