I bought a gift card for my son to go with the new game system. I think it is not right once you buy the digital gift card there is no way to return it or get your money back. I returned the game system and was told I could return the gift card but was unable to do so.

I have called and asked for this gift card multiple times with no luck of receiving it. Very disappointed.

Can't get funds from digital Meta Quest card

I was in the store and bought a digital gift card. But I should have received a physical card because you can't access the gift card in any way and there is no code on the receipt or received by email. I have a receipt showing payment, but even going into the store, the staff couldn't get access to the funds. And they can't return it either. Will never buy this way again as it was too disappointing for a 15 year old kid not to get his present.
