    A “renewed” one did not work. I spent hours and days on customer service calls with MetaQuest and they had me troubleshoot but after a week, 3 phone calls, endless emails and probably about a total of 10 hours spent on it, I finally just returned it back to the store and bought a brand new one. Renewed or refurbished stuff is more of a headache than it is worth.

    Got this for my son’s birthday and he loves it. This was a great buy for less than a brand new one and still works like a brand new. Absolutely no issues.

    These bluetooth headphones are easy to set up, basically plug and use. They have great sound quality and no feedback during chats. They are definitely wirth the money!

    Was buying this as a gift, and had no idea that the word " renewed " in the title wasn't part of the name of the product. Best Buy has decided that this word means refurbished. I was shocked when I received a refurbished product. I felt lied to and taken advantage of. especially as it cost the exact same amount as the brand new one. super disappointed. super angry.
