I love this consoles my daughter wanted this so much and we had to return it cause it had a black screen but Best Buy exchange it for a new one can’t wait to pick it up

You wouldn't even know this was refurbished, it works perfectly and is very fun to play with. Been doing a lot of VRChat with this, and would highly recommend. Good quality for a good price.

bought online pick-up was quick and easy at local store I,m not good with tech, took me a little longer to set-up instructions were good for someone new to tech.

This unit came in like it brand new basically look good like notiing was touch would buy again for that price if i need another one

Fun interactive game for kids and adults alike! It was very user friendly and easy to figure out how to use.

I have purchased this same set brand new. This "renewed version, is in no way inferior to a unused one. It came sealed and packaged as if it was brand new. I am fully satisfied with my purchase, and would suggest that others consider when debating on Quest purchase.

It was so easy and was wonderful to walk in and pick up not having to worry about a package left on my porch wile I was at work

Originally loved this when it was still Oculus. It was fun and rarely ran into issues or bugs. Now, as part of Meta, it's consistently crashing, randomly going to a blank screen during play, and casting it to a smart TV takes an act of God. I would've given it 5 stars in the first year, but I decided to hold off because I wanted a longer term review on it. I want to like it more and even though I still use it occasionally, the constant issues with it really dampen any fun I have with it and is becoming more of a paperweight. If they ever fix these constant issues, I'd recommend it, but right now, might as well wait for something more solidly built. Not worth the new price hike either.
