Great buy for exploring the metaverse

Quest 2 “renewed” not so much.

Unit turned on and went to pairing screen immediately; once paired with phone app it didn’t recognize the pairing in the unit and you couldn’t get out of the screen. Controllers weren’t being recognized by the unit. Attempted a factory reset and got the same results. Understand that it was a “renewed” purchase, but I would have thought it would be tested and fully functional to be considered “renewed”. Returned it and bought directly through manufacturer. I recommend this product only because I know the product is good but expected more from BB.
