The strap is pretty comfortable. It is an improvement with what the Quest 2 comes with, but at the same time, I'm not sure if it's completely worth it for the price.

I hadn’t Rift S (with cables) and decided to get rid of it and get this instead. I’m glad I did. Having no cables is amazing plus it remembers different room layouts so you can go to other rooms and it remembers the ply area automatically. With Air Link I can still ply all my PC VR games without any noticeable lag or latency. You just have to hardwire your PC to your Ethernet otherwise it will disconnect a lot. Battery life is about 2-3 hours depending on the game and you can use an external battery pack to prolong that if you want. Charge time is about 30 min - 1 hour. Make sure that sunlight doesn’t hit the glass lens on the inside. It will 100% ruin the headset and Geek Squad told me they won’t cover it if that happens. (Stupid I know) other than that this was a great choice and I’m glad I upgraded.

Seems as though this should just be part of the system. BB must think so as well as it was included.

I am amazed at how much this improves the comfort and usability of the Q2. It makes the headset feel lighter and it doesn’t rest on my nose like it did with the stock strap. Over priced but that’s why the price dropped $100 from Q1 to Q2. They expect you’ll add this.

completely upgrades your experience in VR, it's night and day for me. i have a lot of hair so the stock strap wasn't too secure, it had to be uncomfortably tight. the Elite Strap is a lot more accommodating and the back is much more secure and stable.

Easy to install! Make the headset feel more secure and much more comfortable to wear. Definitely recommend!

I debated getting the elite strap, but I am very glad I got it. Its is very comfortable and supports the headset significantly better than the fabric straps. Its not required to have a good time with the Quest 2, but it really makes wearing it so much better

So much more comfortable!!!! I am a little nervous about the cracking issue on the bands but I have not experienced any issues yet! I bought the best buy extended warranty and I read that Facebook extended the original warranty on it as well. I still treat it like blown glass but I'm telling you the risk is worth the comfort on this. I also saw third party straps but I wanted to stay with Oculus on this . This tech is so fun to watch unfold. It's like the first Iphones when they came out. We are at the start of a whole new entertainment experience like the internet or mp3 players or streaming a few years ago. There will be some bumps but strap up and enjoy the ride with this elite strap!

Huge massive gigantic improvement over the default strap for sure. However the Battery pack strap should be highly considered if you can afford the bump.

This provides a much better fit and stays comfortable for a much longer time than the stock head strap that comes with the oculus quest 2. I’d say this is one of the more important upgrades to make in order to enjoy the VR experience more comfortably.

People have had issues, but mine has worked great! $50 is a bit steep but it’s just so worth it once you try it out. Makes the headset SOOO much more comfortable

This strap is very secure and you can adjust the tightness such that it's not going anywhere, even with quick and sudden moves. My issue is it makes it harder to put the headset on, particularly if you wear glasses with the headset. Maybe my head is too big, but I have to open the straps to the max and then tilt the hinges as far up as possible. Even then I have to very carefully angle my face/glasses to squeeze in. It's also not as comfortable as the default straps.

Wouldn't want to play with the original strap now that I have this. My PS VR has something similar and I was missing it when I owned the original quest. With this, putting on the quest 2 and making quick adjustments is super fast. While it is more comfortable and takes some pressure from the face, it doesn't have enough weight in the back. I still feel pressure and my nose sometimes hurts...but it's loads better to have it over the strap that comes with it. I've also heard somewhere that they make one with an external battery built in for the headset

Very comfortable but price could be lower for what it is. So far, it hasn't crack on me. Hopefully last longer than exoected by other reviews

Bought this because the strap that comes with the oculus quest 2 is really uncomfortable. This strap is great. Easily adjustable and very comfortable. This is the strap that oculus should have made. A little pricey but worth it.

We bought the Oculus 2 for our son. Since he is only 11 yrs old, I knew the original straps might not fit well. But this strap is amazing. It cradles the back of his head and its easy to adjust. It fits snuggly. We are happy with this purchase.

I got mine when i bought my oculus quest 2. The stock head strap is fine for the first couple of times but if you have the money I would recommend one of the first accessories you buy for this is a new head strap but now they got 3rd party head strap so you don't have to buy this head strap but they may not be as good or they could be worse. I did my research before buying and mine is good real good hasn't broke yet. Me and my family loves it. Just do some research before buying something its always good to see all the options. Its also comfortable to.

The elite strap is very comfortable in my opinion and it works well but it’s durability is not good at all. I take care of my vr headset and use it properly and have never dropped it but somehow after not using it for a month and trying play some games the strap is broken into multiple pieces its good but not for the price

Very high quality product. I purchased this one to work from and wanted something durable, high speed and light so it is easy to carry. So far, it has met all expectations. Great product and would recommend.

I'm really happy I purchased this. The original strap never felt 100% comfortable or secure. Now with the Elite strap the fit is snug and I can securely move my head in any direction. At this price point, it's a must buy and recommended.
